• Each week will cover key ideas, discuss strategies, and devote time to sharing and collaborative problem solving. You will gain skills to feel equipped for managing meltdowns, building emotion-regulation, and sturdy, confident parenting.

Meet Anna:
Anna is a local mom of 2 with experience in psychotherapy with adults, couples, and children/adolescents and a master's degree in child development. She draws on psychodynamic, CBT, and attachment-based treatment modalities. She is also trained in Dr. Becky Kennedy's Wire For Resiliency approach and offers parent coaching in order to support parents and children. Anna believes it takes immense courage to look inward, and is excited to support you on your journey to becoming a more fulfilled individual.
